For no reason other than the best reason (to spread good music round the world), we at American Dust ask: who remembers Ultrasound? This band of aging British misfits (pictured) rocked late-'90s London like a hurricane. Built from the squelching vocals of oversized frontman Tiny Wood, the unwieldy glam songwriting of axe-man Richard Green, and the Floydian harmony vox of keyboardist Vanessa Best, Ultrasound came off like a heavy, toxic mixture of Bowie, Beefheart and Britpop.
